The only reason you’ll see the number 10 is because I like it better than the number 8…
1- Drink 10 oz of water before breakfast on an empty stomach (that will jumpstart your kidneys to start flushing toxins)
2- Drink 10 oz of water with each 3 main meals
3-Drink 10 oz of water with each of your 2-3 snacks
4- Drink 10 oz of water before going to bed
PS: If you feel hungry, drink water… sometimes thirst is perceived as or confused with hunger by the body… before you eat anything, make sure you drink some water…

Nice water article. Actually if you drink water before your meal it will fill up you half stomach and you will eat less and that will help you to loose some weight. Water really help in metabolic activity.
