OK, this is going to be a several-part discussion, I will be posting my results here as soon as I record them in my guide, so that will be on days 3, 6 and 9…

1) Today is day 3; I just recorded my measurements and weight after just 2 days in the program. I’ve lost 3 lbs and 5 inches so far.

2)What to expect:
Day 1 – Is the HARDEST of them all, the idea is to get rid of toxins, start shrinking your stomach, so you feel full faster (the idea behind gastric bypass, but you can do it without surgery or harmful secondary effects), to get your intestinal track moving and getting rid of waste buildup.

I did NOT feel hungry, but I felt anxious thinking that I hadn’t had any real food, so I ended up “cheating” having for lunch one of the menus suggested in the guide.

My kidneys were in turbo mode, I was urinating a lot, maybe because of all the water I was taking (I’m not used to take the 8+ glasses of water a day) and that is very important for weight loss and detox.

Day 2 – I started to eliminate, I did not get diarrhea (I thought I would), and I was surprised to “see” different colored waste and some mucus… I read that this is normal as the waste buildup is eliminated from your intestines and colon. I even read that a lot of people even eliminate parasites they were not even aware they had… I haven’t seen any parasites though.

I felt energized, I didn’t feel hungry all day, I did not cheat, I urinated a lot. Did I mention that the shake is delicious? It doesn’t taste like diet shake at all.

This is important, neither in Day 1 or 2 I’ve had any cravings for coffee, chocolate (well I’m getting the chocolate craving satisfied with the shake ;) ), sodas, or anything salty or sweet!

I’ll post again on day 6 ;)
